Withings Steel HR (Sept. 2016)
The Steel HR, while still having the signature analogic look that made the brand, is the first Withings watch featuring continuous Heart Rate recording as well as smartwatch functions like notifications, thanks to its OLED integrated screen.
In that sense it is at the same time the heritage of the Pulse and the Activité line. The UI draws from both those heritage. -
Withings Thermo – Device (July 2016)
The Withings Thermo is a temporal thermometer. It is ultra accurate, very fast, and super easy to use. I've been involved in the project from the start managing the product design and designing the interactions of the object, leading the selection of the screen type, the shape and the button types.
The final object is pure, white shape with only one button is visible. The LED screen lights through the surface of the object when on, is totally invisible when off. Additional interactions are available through an invisible touch surface on the side of the screen.
The use of an LED screen led to challenges in the embedded UI and the design of the fonts that would be displaying informations. In order to make fast iterations, I created multiple flash prototypes that helped make the right choices for both the typographic details and the interactions. -
Le tablo, product design (2008)
Design of “le tablo”, a dedicated touch device for family communication and organisation. The device is a 15" portrait tablet design to be placed in a fix location in the flat. The product is eco-friendly; a motion sensor starts the display only when activity is detected in the room, and the device shuts down on programable time ranges. The packaging is cardboard made with almost no plastics. With Jean-Philippe Bazin. Design du "tablo", un appareil tactile dédié à la communication et l'organisation familiale. L'écran 15 pouces en portrait est conçu pour être disposé à un emplacement fixe de la maison. Le produit en lui-même est conçu pour consommer peu d'électricité. Un senseur active l'écran quand une activité est détectée dans la pièce, et l'appareil s'éteint automatiquement complètement pendant des périodes programmable de temps. Le packaging en carton et ne contient quasiment pas de plastique.Avec Jean-Philippe Bazin.- 1

Kakemphaton (2007)
Graduation project from the E.N.S.A.D. Tablet prototype designed to navigate through memories; It is linked to a cloud service storing all type of memories (pictures, sound, videos and texts) and providing a lot of metadata (date of creation, localisation, colors, tags). The tablet is not touch capable, navigation works with motion detection and sensors (using an accelerometer) in a consistent interaction with its use as a picture frame. The interface is designed to push for exploration, discovery, randomness and emotion. -
New eletricity (2005)
School project; workshop organized by EDF. Looking for solutions to change the way we see and use electricity in our lives by working the shape and the way we interact with it. With Moritz Willborn. -
Ecoecho 2 (2005)
Rebound from a 2003 series, lights based on a strong elastic and pieces of wood or cardboard creating the articulations. -
Ecoecho 1 (2003)
Simple lights made out of card board and elastics only. Combining the property of both, I created articulation and mechanisme for a result fun and very cheap.
